2. Agreement

These Terms apply only to your use of 2zero.app, including City Pages, Country Pages, Public Hashtag Pages, local City App experiences, account features, feeds, Questions, Shares, comments, reactions, notifications, memberships, Future Coins, and related app services.

By using 2zero.app, you agree to these Terms and the app Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the applicable age and legal capacity requirements in your country to create an account and use the app.

If we believe an account was created in violation of applicable requirements, we may restrict or delete it.

4. Community and User Content

You are responsible for Questions, Shares, comments, replies, reactions, profile content, media links, reports, and other content you submit.

You must not post illegal content, harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, deceptive content, personal data of others without permission, or content that violates another person's rights.

We may moderate, restrict, remove, or report content when needed to protect the community, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

5. Future Coins and Recognition

Future Coins, 2.0 status, Futurefluencer recognition, and related rewards are app features, not cash, stored value, securities, or withdrawable money.

Future Coins may be used for eligible app rewards or recognition where offered inside 2zero.app.

We may correct, reverse, suspend, or expire rewards generated by error, abuse, fraud, or policy violation.

6. Paid Memberships

Paid app memberships, where offered, are digital access services connected to your account.

Prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, and included benefits are shown before checkout or in the account area.

Dodo Payments provides Hosted Checkout and recurring billing as merchant of record. Membership and Sponsoring subscriptions can be managed through its Customer Portal where available.

A return from Hosted Checkout is not payment confirmation. Membership benefits start or change only after the payment provider confirms the subscription.

Sponsoring is separate from Membership. It grants no Membership benefits, earned level or Futurefluencer status. Membership does not determine sponsor rank.

Each City or Country sponsor place has its own recurring subscription. Rank follows the confirmed monthly amount and can change. A place is not a donation, a game of chance or a guarantee of views or clicks.

Public sponsor lists show rank, geography and the chosen public profile. Entry prices are public. Payment amounts and required bids are shown only in authenticated account, bidding and checkout flows.

Confirmed Sponsoring activates the ranked profile. A Sponsored Update costs an additional monthly fee and is published separately by its owner. It can be cancelled independently at period end; ending Sponsoring also ends the Sponsored Update. Hiding it does not cancel payment. Content rules still apply.

Every Ad Sponsoring booking stays in the City or Country purchased, including personal-profile bookings. Changing your home city does not transfer, cancel or reprice it. You can book other communities independently. Country sponsors appear across eligible cities in that country.

Memberships do not remove or reduce sponsor placements. When no eligible post is available, an enabled position may invite someone to book a local or national sponsor placement.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

An optional one-time Boost moves the published Sponsored Update to the top of Feed and Sponsored under New and notifies the members of that City, or of every City in that Country, once; later posts can pass it. Sponsored Update fees and Boosts do not increase list rank. Charges, proration, monthly amounts and dates are shown before confirmation. Reductions start next period.

Valid public links may start without manual review. Recognition of a platform is not a safety endorsement. Harmful or unlawful content, products and offers are prohibited, including scams, malware, exploitation, hate and violence. This applies to the advertised business, linked destinations, text, media and QR codes, regardless of payment or hosting platform.

We may block a particular Ad, Sponsored Update, link or entire advertised profile with a reason. A blocked link does not automatically become a different paid service. Corrections, new payments and dispute outcomes do not automatically lift a moderation block. Contact support with the booking reference to request review. Cancellation, moderation and any full or partial refund are assessed separately; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the service, or where required by law.

You may delete your account through the app settings where available or by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
