2. 2zero.app Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to 2zero.app, its local City App experiences such as Hamburg 2.0, and City Pages, Country Pages, and Public Hashtag Pages served by 2zero.app.

The service supports city and country discussion, profiles, Questions, Shares, comments, notifications, moderation, and Future Coins.

3. Data We Process

We process only the data needed to operate the app:

• Account data: email address, display name, Hashtag, profile image, authentication status, and account settings
• Optional shopping address book: billing and delivery names, addresses, company and phone when you choose to save them. The app, 2zero.shop and its checkout use the same private address book, stored in our WooCommerce customer system rather than public community data.
• Community data: city, country, feed interactions, Questions, Shares, comments, replies, reactions, reports, and Public Hashtag Page content
• Gamification data: Future Coins, version status, recognition, activity, and related ledger entries
• Device and communication data: push tokens, notification settings, support requests, security signals, and technical logs
• Membership data where paid app memberships are offered: Dodo Payments checkout status, subscription state, receipts, and Customer Portal identifiers
• Personal sponsor profiles reuse your public member name, Hashtag, image, earned level and Futurefluencer status. Private account fields remain private.
• Sponsoring data: profile, public links, optional reach and description, monthly commitment, subscription state, confirmed rank, optional Sponsored Update and short-lived interaction measurements.

4. Sponsoring

City and Country sponsor profiles appear at fixed positions. Optional Sponsored Updates appear in chronological feeds and the Sponsored filter after publication. Sponsored Updates contain no further placements. Membership does not change visibility. When a sponsor boosts a Sponsored Update, the members of that City, or of every City in that Country, receive a notification in the app and, if push notifications are enabled on their device, a push notification.

Selection uses the selected community and confirmed rank. We do not select placements using an individual's interests, sensitive characteristics, device profile, or the identity of a Public Hashtag Page owner. We do not operate advertising networks or general advertising campaigns.

We separately count visible sponsor identities and their post placements, openings, and destination clicks. A view requires at least 60% visibility for one continuous second. Delivery plans expire after 30 minutes; hashed event identifiers used to prevent duplicate counting are deleted after 30 days. Position-level daily totals are retained for up to 13 months. Existing aggregate post statistics remain with the post.

We use request metadata transiently for security and rate limits, without storing it in sponsoring events or creating behavioural advertising profiles. Public responses omit billing amounts and private owner identifiers. Only entry prices are public; required bids appear in authenticated bidding. Media and social embeds follow their providers' privacy practices.

5. Service Providers and Payment Merchant

We use Supabase for authentication and session handling and Cloudflare for edge delivery, Workers, D1, KV, Images, Stream, app account data, and app security.

Dodo Payments is merchant of record for Membership and City or Country Sponsoring. It handles checkout, recurring billing, taxes, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds and payment support. It processes billing and payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Public embeds or linked social content may be provided by third-party platforms under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
